A simple and quick recipe for a chocolate-pot dessert (Austrian stopper = quark). It is a kind of basic recipe and can often be combined and modified (see below).

500g plug (Quark) ~ 10%
200g milk chocolate (or some variation like dark chocolate)
vanilla sugar (or real vanilla) 1 tablespoon rum
Preparation:
over a "water" (pot of boiling water) is on a soup plate or placed in a mixing bowl melt the chocolate on. Then (little skill required) the plug (Quark) quickly stir in the chocolate.
